There are some templates, that are made for creating boxes. You can cut the parts with a twist.

Egyik szebb, mint a másik. Nézegettem, nézegettem és nagyon igazságtalannak tartottam, hogy csak papírból lehet dobozt gyártani. Miért is? És hol van ez törvénybe iktatva?

The one is more beautiful than the other. I see them, and I found it so unfair, that boxes are only made from paper. Why? Where is it written in the law?

Na akkor én most  az összes rongymániás helyett szerettem volna kipróbálni ezt a dolgot.

So I wanted to try this instead of all the rag-addicts.

Előkészítettem az anyagot, két réteget összeragasztottam a hőre olvadó ragasztófóliával, így a vastagsága, és a merevsége közelít a papíréhoz, és mindkét oldala csinos. A vágott felületek épek maradnak az éles késeknek és a ragasztónak köszönhetően.

I prepared the textile, I sticked two layers with hot melt adhesive film, so its thickness and stiffness is almost the same as the paper has, and its both sides are pretty. The cut surfaces stay intact owing to the sharp knives and the glue.

A kivágás után látszik, hogy a sablon a hajtásvonalakat is előre jelölte, nekünk csak rá kell majd vasalni kicsit.

After cutting you can see, that the template signed the folding lines, so we should only iron it a bit. 

A szélekre és a két oldalsó betét aljára kétoldalas ragasztószalagot tettem, de varrhattam is volna, ha nem azonnal akartam volna látni a végeredményt.

I put on the edges and the bottom of the two sides double-sided adhesive tape, I could sew it, too, but I wanted to see the result of it immediately. 

A helyes kis tokocska teteje és hajtókája már előre lyukasztva lett a vágósablon által. ide fűztem be a szalagot, majd lakat helyett kapott egy helyes fagombot.

The top of the pretty little case and its lappet were punched Sizzix  Bigz L 658478 template, I laced here the ribbon, then instead of a padlock it got a nice wooden button.

Na ugye, hogy lehet textilből is szinte bármit készíteni, amit papírból?

So are we able to make something from textile, that is commonly made from paper?
